The Banqueting Suite

The Affinity Suite

The Affinity Suite is the venues largest event space at 880m² and is perfect for an array of events, ranging from weddings to conferences and exhibitions. The room is located on the ground floor opposite the main entrance and has over 800m² of foyer and hospitality space surrounding it which is perfect for large weddings.
The Manxman Suite

This amazing suite connects to the Britannia Suite and serves as a beautiful reception area to welcome guests into. With plenty of space for musical entertainment, cocktail bars and photo booths your guests can enjoy reception drinks and canapes before moving through to the main Britannia Suite.
The Trafalgar Suite

Fantastic area for welcoming your guests to your wedding reception with drinks, canapes, cocktails and anything else you desire. enough space for food carts, photo booths or sweet stalls! This versatile area can also be used for ceremonies and breakfasts and interconnects to the main Imperial Suite so is just perfectly designed. High ceilings and amazing chandelier lights add just the touch of classic elegance that every wedding needs.
The On-Site Suite

Our most versatile conference and banqueting suite. The On-Site has the capacity to accommodate up to 600 guests or delegates, dependent on room layout. It can also be divided into three separate soundproof suites, making it ideal for breakout or seminar areas. With its own dedicated entrance framed with a sweeping staircase and cloakroom, the On-Site Suite sets a high standard for conferencing facilities.
The Britannia Suite

The Britannia Suite is an impressively large, column free room similar in design to the classic style of the Imperial Suite. The Suite’s high ceiling and decor provides splendor and beauty whilst the versatility is enhanced by soundproof partition walls enabling the Suite to be sectioned. Bathed in natural daylight from the floor to ceiling windows along one side of the Suite the Britannia Suite is a perfect fit for large family weddings, ceremonies and receptions.
The Brunel Suite

The Ivy Suite

Immensely versatile, our newly transformed Ivy Suite includes a built-in dance floor, private bar, 3 built-in projectors of the latest technology, and bespoke furniture. With a capacity for up to 300 delegates in a banquet setup or up to 320 delegates in theatre style, it’s ideal for medium to large conferences and events. The Function Suite

The Dickens Inn is the perfect venue for any private/ corporate event. Sitting above the majestic boats and yachts below creates the picture-perfect backdrop for a truly magical event. The Function Suite is an ideal events space for a wedding. The room has a self-contained bar and can accommodate up to 150 for dining and 175 guests for music and dancing until midnight.
The Hylands Estate

Your booking includes exclusive full day hire of both our beautiful Hylands House and the majestic Grand Pavilion, with the use of tables and chairs throughout the venue. There is no charge on corkage plus our car parks are free for everyone to use, with parking stewards included. If you’d like to carry on the party into the early hours, additional hours are available to purchase.
